Mix 1 scoop in 250-350 ml of water. Take 1-4 servings throughout the day.

SUGGESTED USE ON TRAINING DAYS
Take as suggested on non-training days, but with 1-2 servings right after finishing your workout.

The best times to use FUSION PRO™ are immediately after waking up, between meals, right after a workout and before going to bed.
