Psyllium plantain grains – Plantago psyllim is a plant that comes from the Mediterranean, Asia and North Africa. There is as much as 68 g of fibre in 100 g of crested cobweb seeds. It supports emptying and regulates the intestines. It supports the process of weight loss because it reduces the feeling of hunger. It reduces the absorption of fats and accelerates the process of metabolism.
Scales of Plantain Egg – Plantago ovata – comes from the western Mediterranean. They are an excellent source of natural fiber. It supports the metabolism and intestinal work. Positive influence on digestion. Additionally, it supports the body of people who have problems with constipation.

Suggested usage
