INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Mix 1 serving (10g) with 250ml of cold water between meals, before, during or after workout.
INGRIDIENTS: L-Glutamine, Branched Chain Amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine in 4:1:1 ratio, Maltodextrin, Beta-alanine, Acid (Citric acid), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Emulsifier (Soy lecithine), Colour (Caramel), Pyridoxin hydrochloride.
