The key role of coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme Q10 is widespread in nature. It is a compound necessary for living organisms because it is involved in cellular metabolism , and its main function is cellular transport . For several years, Coenzyme Q10 has been known to play a key role in mitochondrial bioenergy.
