ICONFIT Diet Shake – Unique high-protein recipe for better results! We developed this market leading recipe after we say the problems and unnecessary stuff that most companies put into their meal replacements. What we did was to increase the protein levels to 40%, added premium slow-release energy source from Palatinose™, prebiotic Orafti® fibres from chicory root, green tea extract and 23 vitamins-minerals. ICONFIT Diet Shake replaces a regular high-calorie meal with a delicious low calorie (200kcal) shake. Well-balanced recipe with protein, fibres and energy keeps you going for hours while keeping the calorie intake at a minimum. How To Use:

ICONFIT Diet Shake weightloss program means replacing 2 of your meals with delicious diet shakes. Each shake is only 200kcal and keeps you going for hours. Make sure to combine with at least 1 healthy regular meal per day in your menu. For healthy meals here are some ideas:

  • 150g-200g chicken breast with vegetables.
  • 150g lean meat with buckwheat or brown rice.
  • Add 50-100g of cottage cheese (not sweetened as those contain lots of sugar). Cottage cheese is also an excellent snack when feeling hungry.
  • Tuna in water – great source of protein without the fat and extra carbs. Try to prepare a salad with fresh vegetables and tuna combined with a spoonful of low fat mayonnaise.
  • Unsweetened curd combined with berries.
  • Eggs are a great source of protein and some fat. Very nutricious so great to add a boiled egg to your salad.
  • Avoid the high starch bananas and potatoes.
  • Avoid any wheat products like white bread, pasta etc.
  • Avoid flavoured yoghurts – companies say they are heathy but they are actually full of sugar and won’t give you any useful nutrition so are only good as a dessert (which is a no during diets 🙂 )
