Directions for Use

Take one serving – 4 capsules twice a day. Wash down with 300 ml of water.
On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before the workout and the second serving immediately after the workout.
On non-training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before the first meal and the second serving before bedtime.
