Vital fiber is a dietary supplement that is a source of natural and unprocessed dietary fiber. It is a mixture of seeds and shells of two plants. In vital fiber you can find psyllium plantain (Plantago psyllium) and plantain husk (Plantago ovata) and the main component of the compound is cellulose and lignin, i.e. insoluble fractions of dietary fiber.

Suggested usage
