Selenium 110 µg  is a food supplement in the form of tablets, which provides an easily digestible, organic form of selenium - a microelement that plays a significant role in many biological processes of the body. Research has shown that selenium:

• as a component of redox enzymes and cytochrome involved in many biological cellular processes,
• helps protect cells from oxidative stress, which has a destructive effect on cells and tissues,
• helps the immune system and thyroid gland to function properly,
• helps maintain healthy hair and nails
• contributes to the proper course of spermatogenesis, i. influencing the maintenance of adequate sperm motility.

• 1 tablet:  110 µg (200% *)

Composition:   microcrystalline cellulose - filler, L-selenomethionine; magnesium stearate, silica. The preparation is intended for:   use as an additive in the daily diet with selenium. Recommended daily dose:  1 tablet daily after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for daily use. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, at room temperature, in tightly closed containers. Keep out of reach of children.
