Ingredients: 250 ml of water, 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds, 1/2 lemon, Sweetener (stevia, honey, cane sugar) Recommended use: Mix the water with the lemon juice, little bit of sweetener and 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds and set aside for 10-15 minutes rest.
