EthicSport Performance Sete — an advanced dietary supplement in powder form, designed for physically active people. When dissolved in water, it forms a hypotonic drink that provides the body with carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and Eleutherococcus (Siberian ginseng) root extract. Tropical fruit flavor.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4–6 hours following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise. Vitamin C, B2, pantothenic acid, and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine (B1) contributes to normal heart function and normal psychological function. Riboflavin and vitamin C help protect cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance; calcium and potassium also contribute to normal muscle function.

Usage

Dissolve 1 sachet in approximately 500 ml of water. Consume 50–100 ml of the solution every 15–20 minutes. Maximum dose: 3 sachets per day. It is not recommended to drink more than 800 ml of the solution per hour to avoid overloading the stomach.
