EthicSport Pre Gara Dynamic is a powdered food supplement with a natural flavor, designed for physically active individuals, particularly those involved in high-intensity sports. It contains carbohydrates, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, as well as amino acids and plant extracts (guarana, ginseng).

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and the depletion of muscle glycogen stores. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight within 4–6 hours after exercise. Thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, biotin, and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance and reduces tiredness and fatigue. Calcium is needed for normal nerve conduction. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and supports normal protein synthesis.

Usage

Take 30–40 minutes before training/competition. For moderate intensity exercise: dissolve 1 sachet in ~200 ml of water. For long-duration, high-intensity exercise: 2 sachets (in 400–500 ml of water) — this is the recommended daily dose. For best results, drink an additional ~200 ml of plain water 10–15 minutes before starting exercise. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
