Protein

Instant protein oatmeal already contains the right amount of protein (collagen, whey protein, hemp protein). This helps to better balance the nutrients in your diet, making eating simple and healthy.

"Quick Protein Flakes" oatmeal is rich in fiber. Fiber is an essential part of everyone's diet and most of us do not consume the required amount daily. Each 100 g serving contains 6.5 g of fiber.
Collagen
The porridge also contains over 10% of the highest quality hydrolyzed collagen. If you eat at least one serving of porridge per day, you will also meet the daily requirement of 10 g of collagen.
HOW TO USE: Fill a bowl with 100 g of porridge (331 kcal, for women). 150 g of porridge (497 kcal) for men. Pour 100 g of porridge mixture with 100 g/ml of hot water (for the chocolate-flavored mixture, use 80 g/ml of water), stir with a spoon and leave for one minute. You can add more or less water to taste. And that's all you need to do to enjoy healthy porridge. Prepare it at home in the morning or for lunch at work.
INGREDIENTS: Whole grain instant oatmeal, skimmed milk powder, hydrolyzed collagen, chia seeds, hemp protein, erythritol (natural zero-calorie sweetener), whey protein concentrate, freeze-dried apple, cinnamon, flavoring, sweetener steviol glycoside (stevia).
