Fenugreek Seed Extract(250mg): Protodioscins are the active ingredient in Fenugreek and they help alter the Testosterone to Cortisol ratio towards anabolism. Shilajit Extract (250mg): Shalajit is an interesting ingredient from the Himalayas that has been shown in one study to increase testosterone levels by 20%. Most of the anecdotal evidence points to increases in exercise performance. DIM (100mg) : the usefulness of DIM is a bit controversial atm. Some people claim DIM in larger doses especially will actually increase Estrogen activity instead of reducing it. Fortunately, this formula only has 100mg, a dosage purported to reduce Estrogen mildly.
