Olimp Vita-Min Multiple Sport 40+ is a multi-vitamin preparation developed for active persons over 40 years old. Vita-Min Multiple 40+ is dedicated to persons who: - aim at maintaining health and vitality, - want to facilitate the metabolic processes of the body, - want to improve their exercise capacity, - want to supplement their diet with vitamins and minerals. Physical exercise, despite its many advantages, is associated with the risk of the activation of oxidative stress. It occurs when the balance of the oxidation and reduction processes in the body is disturbed, which results in the excessive accumulation of free radicals in the body. Antioxidants, the function of which is to neutralise ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species), are not able to cope with the problem on such a scale. Age, and the related decrease in the metabolism rate, can also contribute to creating such conditions, the consequence of which (at the molecular level) can be damage to the DNA, the lipid-cell membranes, and the structure of the amino acids and proteins. The fact that oxygen can also have its "dark side" was discovered some time ago. It involves its toxicity (specifically, the property is characteristic of ROS formed from oxygen, i.e. free oxygen radicals), which, on the elimination of homeostasis in the body - the redox balance - can lead to damage in the sphere of cells or tissues. This is why, among other things, the complex of vitamins and minerals contained in Vita-Min Multiple Sport 40+ contributes to the restoration of homoeostasis in athletes, especially over 40 years old.

Recommended use

Take 1 capsule of VITA-PLEX SPORT 40+ and 1 capsule of CHELA-MIN SPORT 40+ once daily after the main meal with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of young children. Warning: not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women or women planning pregnancy. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using the product. Do not use together with other vitamin and mineral preparations. Do not consume alcohol or take any hypnotic, sedative or anxiety-relieving drugs at the same time you are using this product. Long term intake of 18,8 mg of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
