Vitamin A is a carotene derivative belonging to the carotenoid group. It is an ingredient classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, which is accumulated in the human body in the liver and adipose tissue.

Vitamin D is a steroidal organic chemical compound classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, the bioavailability of which, like that of other compounds in this group, is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D can be supplied to the body with food - it is mainly found in oily marine fish, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. Suggested usage

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH) D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use. The product is intended for adults.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Recommended are balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, nursing women, people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of the reach of children.
