Preparation method: Fill the shaker with water to 200 ml, add a portion (75 g), shake vigorously for a minute, fill the shaker with water to approximately 750 ml. The finished drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not boil.

How to use: As an energy drink supplementing carbohydrates before and during training/competition, it is recommended to consume 1-2 servings of VITARGO PURE two or three days before the competition.

Vitargo® is a unique, patented carbohydrate obtained from starch, without added sugar. Vitargo® contains complex carbohydrates with low osmolality (osmolality means the number of molecules in the solution - the larger the size of the molecules, the lower the osmolality). The molecular weight of carbohydrates in the range of 500,000 -700,000 u and the specific properties of Vitargo® are important and influence the speed of flow through the stomach and increase the body's efficiency. Other carbohydrates with a higher molecular weight, such as waxy or modified corn starch, have low osmolality, but the effects after consumption are incomparable to Vitargo®. Vitargo® is the subject of many (compared to other carbohydrates) clinical trials conducted in many university research centers on athletes of both sexes.

Vitargo Pure is intended for use before or during intense exercises or competitions - up to 3350 kJ/800 kcal per hour, depending on the intensity and duration of training or competition. Pure is unsweetened and flavorless, so it can be mixed with flavored products (electrolytes, protein, amino acid mixtures). Vitargo Pure can also be mixed with Vitargo Carboloader (our flavored and sweetened version), providing excellent "fuel" for working muscles. Pure can also be consumed after training or competition, combined with proteins. You can also use the Vitargo POST product, containing Vitargo carbohydrates, in combination with whey protein.
