NOW® Sunflower Lecithin Powder contains phosphatidylcholine, the most abundant phospholipid in the cell membrane. It is also naturally rich in phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine and essential fatty acids. Lecithin helps to emulsify fats, so they disperse in water. Now® Sunflower Lecithin Powder is soy-free and non-GMO.
Suggested use
Take 1 1/3 tablespoons daily, preferably with a meal. Mix into juices or smoothies or sprinkle on food.
