What is cyclic dextrin?

Cyclic dextrin, specifically highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD), is a complex carbohydrate created from amylopectin by fermentation. Consumption

Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 300 ml of cold water 30 minutes before physical activity. For longer activities or training lasting more than 2 hours, it is recommended to take another dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
