INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  1. Point the tip of the bottle to the area where you want to spray the product and spray the product on the skin.
  2. Spray from a distance of about 30 cm.
  3. Keep closed in a safe, well-ventilated area (do not refrigerate).

First aid in case of injuries

The RICE  principle is applied  :

R est – rest (do not move, relax the injured area);

I ce – ice, cold! ( 24 – 48 hours );

C ompression – lightly bandage the damaged area.

E levation – raise the injured limb.

Important! The ice should not touch the skin directly (apply through a wet cloth). Refrigerated every 1.5 – 2 hours. The duration of freezing is 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the damaged area.

We recommend using Easy Ice cold packs immediately after an injury. After that, aerosol freezers Bonum Ice 400ml and Dr.Henning Chloretil 175ml.
