Just the essentials.

If you train with a clear goal, you should spare no effort at the end of your workout. Fueling your muscle cells is the driving force behind a successful training session, and that’s where our EAA comes in. Taken during your workout, our amino acids fight fatigue so you can keep going longer and harder. These essential amino acids also kick-start the recovery process to help you bounce right back.

ADVANTAGES OF EAA – ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS

Your daily dose.

Your body needs 20 different amino acids to grow and function properly. Although all 20 are important for your health, only nine amino acids are classified as essential. The reason for this? Your body can’t produce them on its own, and they must be obtained through whole foods or supplements. The nine essential amino acids are histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. Our EAA provides a dose of all nine of these amino acids to fill this gap and ensure that maximum recovery and endurance are achieved.

Isoleucine

Isoleucine – one of the branched-chain amino acids that is crucial for physiological functions throughout the body, such as growth, immune function, protein metabolism, fatty acid metabolism and glucose transport.

Valine

Valine – one of the three branched-chain amino acids that boosts energy, increases endurance and aids in the recovery and repair of muscle tissue.

Leucine

Leucine – The amino acid that activates protein synthesis to rebuild skeletal muscle tissue. Raw, essential amino acid contains 3g of leucine per serving to maximize protein synthesis and build lean, dense muscle tissue.

Phenylalanine

Phenylalanine – an amino acid known as the “building block” of proteins.

Lysine

Lysine – another “building block” amino acid that supports proper growth and plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, the nutrient responsible for converting fatty acids into energy.

L-Threonine

Threonine – another “building block” amino acid that supports the production of important proteins in the body.
