SOLGAR Chelated Zinc provides a gentle, stomach-friendly form of zinc with superior bioavailability. In this formula, zinc is bound to the amino acid glycine (as zinc diglycinate), allowing for optimal absorption and tolerance.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, fertility and reproduction, protein synthesis, maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails, and protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphates; zinc diglycinate; acidity regulator: citric acid; cross-linked cellulose gum; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), vegetable fatty acids.

Recommended Use

Take ½ tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
