WHO DO WE RECOMMEND THE MARATHON FOOD SUPPLEMENT TO?

MARATHON is recommended for endurance athletes such as running or long-distance swimming.

DOSAGE

One portion of the product – dissolve 25 g  in 500 ml of water.

Consume 2 servings per day, preferably before and during or after training.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
