Day Formula (white capsule): energizing blend of vitamins, ginseng, guarana, and coenzyme Q10 to support the central nervous system and reduce fatigue.
Night Formula (black capsule): a combination of minerals and relaxing amino acids (GABA, L-theanine, L-tryptophan) to promote restful sleep and nighttime recovery.
Recommended Use
White capsule (Day Formula): Take 1 capsule after breakfast or lunch.
Black capsule (Night Formula): Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime.
Water: Take with 300 ml of water.
Usage duration: Do not use for more than 3 consecutive months due to the product’s potency.
