leucine (37%); L-valine (18%); Lisoleucine (18%); capsule shell (gelatin; color – titanium dioxide); taurine (7%); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; vit. BS (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.1%).

Recommended use:

Drink a portion of the product with about 300 ml of water. On training days: 10 capsules 45 minutes. before training. On non-training days: 5 capsules 2 times a day, approx. 30 minutes. before meals
