Ingredients: bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), capsule (glazing agent: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; colour: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium salt of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Directions: take 1 capsule once a day with water or other favourite beverage preferably during the main meal.
