These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter – the Rules) determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and UAB “Muscle shop LT” (hereinafter – the Seller), when the Buyer purchases goods by e-mail. in the store www.muscleshop.lt
Conclusion of purchase – sale contract
The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, e. after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and becoming familiar with these rules, click the “Confirm order” button and only when confirmation is received from the Seller.
Buyer’s rights and responsibilities
- According to these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods by e-mail. in the store.
- The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery – 10 LTL. If you buy for LTL 250, the delivery of multiple goods in the territory of Lithuania is FREE (except for the Curonian Spit – here the goods are delivered by separate agreement).
- If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, the Buyer must update them or notify the company by phone and e-mail.
- The buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product under the conditions specified in this rule. (See: Return or exchange of goods).
Seller’s Rights and Responsibilities
- If the Buyer tries to damage the email for the operation or stable operation of the store, the Seller may limit, suspend (terminate) his ability to use the electronic store without prior warning.
- The seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate e-mail. store operations without separate notice.
- The seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Enable conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store.
- Organize the delivery of goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
- The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid by the Buyer within 3 working days.
Delivery of goods
- The goods are delivered via the reliable DPD courier service within 2-3 days after the payment is received.
- After receiving the shipment of goods, the Buyer together with the carrier must check whether the condition of the shipment is intact. If the shipment of goods has been damaged, the Buyer must mark it in the goods transfer-acceptance document (bill of lading).
- After receiving the goods and signing the goods transfer-acceptance document (bill of lading) without comments, it is confirmed that the goods shipment was not damaged and was properly delivered.
The price of goods delivery depends on the size of the shipment.
Return or exchange of goods
- The return of goods purchased in the e-store is based on the 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items”.
- Goods that the buyer does not like in the form, size, color, model or set, only if the original packaging is intact, the Seller replaces or accepts back within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods in UAB “Muscle shop LT” store, located in Rinktinės g . 55, Vilnius. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The Buyer returns the unsatisfied goods by his own transport or pays the return costs.
- If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract and informs the Seller about it, the Buyer loses the right to use the product from the date of sending the notice. The date and time of sending the message is determined by the time of sending the Buyer’s message. If it is determined that the product has been used (used) after sending the notification, the Seller has the right to refuse to terminate the contract.
- The buyer can exercise the right to return the goods, if the goods have not been used, they are not damaged and they have not lost their commercial appearance. Returned goods must be fully assembled. The Buyer is responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled and properly packed, the Seller or his representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, cannot be considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.
- If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, the Seller undertakes to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of suitable quality, to reduce the price of the product accordingly or to refund the payment for the goods and their delivery
